Nick started in construction at 16 years old. Not as a summer job, but as a real trade apprenticeship with a general construction company. He showed up, learned fast, and stayed with that same company for 12 years, working his way from entry-level labor to foreman. By the time he was 28, he had his general contractor's license in hand and NN Construction was born.
That path matters. Twelve years of hands-on work across real job sites means Nick has seen how projects go wrong and how to keep them on track. He knows what quality framing looks like before the walls go up. He knows where leaks hide before they become water damage. That experience doesn't come from a classroom.
